Contact Now| I am a Classical Ghunghroo (foot bell) Musician of Bhopal. I have presented Indian classical Ghunghroo Vadan in many reputed pure music festivals across the country which is focusing solely on Classical foot percussive art (durlabh vadan rare recital of foot percussion-Ghunghroo intact with hand percussion–tabla continuously) based on ancient work of famous percussionists. This Classical music concert is unique and original. To pay tribute to one of the most versatile musical instruments, I researched the unique aspects of each percussive tabla Gharānā ( Banaras , Purab, Ajrara, Farrkhabad, Delhi, Punjab) and through rigorous training have mastered the classical foot percussive art. Ghunghroo playing technique involves extensive and synchronized use (tapping) of the toe and heel (apply pressure) in various configurations to create a wide variety of different sounds, reflected in the mnemonic syllables (Peshkar, Qaide, Bol-Paran, Rele, Gate, Taalmala, Taal chhand etc). The earliest percussion instruments were our hands and feet. Ghunghroo is one of the oldest and most popular musical instruments in the world. Everybody has seen the movement of hands and vocalizations through mouth but playing the Ghunghroo through foot percussive art in a classical manner is novel and first-time explore. This Classical Ghunghroo presentation is unique in the world which forms a perfect unison between Tabla and Ghunghroo (hand and feet). It takes great dexterousness, superb control, stamina and physical strength. I am confident that the audience will appreciate the concert.
