From then on there has been no looking back and today dance has become an earnest passion to Bhushan. He is now an established Bharatanatyam artiste and an eminent guru himself. Bhushan has completed his Vidwat grade exam in Bharatanatyam conducted by the Karnataka Secondary Education Board, with a distinction and has secured First rank in the same. He is also the proud recipient of the central Government of India scholarship for dance.Bhushan has performed in several prestigious festivals and several dance ballets all over India and abroad. To name few, Natarajotsava, Pallavotsava, ANKURA 2002, Badami festival, Pattadakal festival, Gwalior Ballet Mahotsav, Madras music and dance academy, Natyanjali (Chidambaram, Tanjore Nagapatnam ,Kumbhakonam, Thirunallar,), , Mysore Dasara festival, Hampi festival , Mahamastakabhishek Mahotasav & Lakshadeepotsav (Dharmastala). Talkad Mahotsav, Falls festival, Vyshaki Nrityotasav, EFCEP-ICCR etc. He has been featured in several talk shows, interviews & Programs on many TV Channels and is quite a well known name! He is also one of the distinguished examiners for the Senior and Vidwat Anthima dance exams conducted by the Karnataka Secondary Education Board. |
