Contact Now| vidya's initial steps in dance were in bharathanatyam at the tender age of 6 under the guidance of guru leelavathi , later she moved onto kuchipudi under the able guidance of vyjyanthi kashi . vidya has passed state level kuchipudi junior and senior examinations with flying colors. she is also recipient of the prestigious scholarship from the ministry of culture, govt of india for over 200 performances to her credit as a part of shambhavi school of dance vidya has participated in many national and international festivals mysore dasara festival konark festival jaipur festival nishagandhi festival hampi utsav - to name a few vidya has also been a part of many organisational events like gejeenadha ,world dance day celebrations and dance jathre . she also has a sound sense of rhythm as she also practices as a natuvanar accompanying her guru in several performances a graduate in biotechnology .
