I was initiated in the art of playing Hindustani Classical Music instrument- Sitar.Along this i started my lessons in harmonium. Now, continuing the same musical tradition I am undergoing extensive guidance from Pt. Alok Dey in Bombay.
I won 'Sangeet Praveen' by 'Prayag Sangeet Samiti', 'Allahabad and Sangeet Bhaskar' by 'Pracheen Kala Kendra', Chandigarh. |

I have a Batchelor's degree in Music from Pune University, from the famous Lalit Kala Kendra-- Centre for Performing Arts.
Participated in All India Radio Music Competition at the age of sixteen.
I won the 1st prize in 'Swar Sadhana Samiti (All over India music and dance Competition, National level) |
